The fellow pointing turned out to be the second captain of the boat, but by the time it was his shift he had had so many beers
that he fell asleep as soon as we entered Tonle Sap. Fortunately, it's a big, empty lake and so the boat just drifted to a stop.
Eventually some of the lcoal travelers figured out what had happened and took over the boat.
